RSS feed invalid

encoding is not correct

I use the SharpReader RSS tool, and have been unable to subscribe to the Webmaster World feed as shown in the forum footer. The current RSS feed is invalid. According to feedvalidator.org, here are the issues:
This feed does not validate.
*Feeds should not be served with the "text/plain" media type [help]
*Your feed appears to be encoded as "UTF-8", but your server is reporting "US-ASCII" [help]
* line 79, column 101: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x92 in position 3906: unexpected code byte (maybe a high-bit character?) [help]

Does anyone else use the feed successfully? Are there other feed readers that are more forgiving for invalid content? A long time ago, this used to work.

It looks okay now. The validation errors are listed in my first post.
