Alternative advertising forum?

Perhaps there used to be one, but it was once removed - Is there any reason why there is no forum for alternative forms of advertising and/or offline advertising? I want to look past link building, cloaking, search engines, etc and learn something new and creative...

Sometimes threads get pushed into the background rapidly if WebmasterWorld is experiencing a busy time.

There is no "offline" advertising forum, and as far as I'm aware never has been one, but I think that Webmaster General would be an appropriate forum to post such subjects in.
