Is anyone else experiencing slow download pages, on the order of 1 to 2 minutes on broadband connections or is it just me. I am in Louisiana, but theoretically outside the affected zone.
Just curious.

I've read that the Abilene network that runs between Houston and Atlanta is not functioning. You can see the Indiana University live graphic of traffic here [loadrunner.uits.iu.edu].
Not sure what that means for slow-downs ... I always thought that things would just get re-routed and zip along and you'd not notice. But maybe that's not the case.
