When I get my email that someone has responded to a thread that I'm in, the link takes me to the first page of the thread. If it's a multiple page thread I have to click to the last page! Then I have scroll to the newest post(s)! Perhaps the link limo could whisk me directly to my destination without the extra hiking.

trouble is there is a lot of calculation involved with that because of user settings and calculating the number of posts in the thread plus some others.
I don't see it happening soon but I don't disagree that it is a good suggestion.
only 2 clicks and the 'end' button, not too bad. ;)

The mail uses a trick to cut down on the number of customized e's going out. That means personalization is not possible... The number of msgs per thread can be personalized off your control panel...
