Is this an Infopop board? I was planning on purchasing the Infopop board, but this actually looks a little better than most I have seen. If not very nice job. :)

Hi legster, and welcome to WmW. It's custom (you have good taste). You might take a look at Vbulletin, but I'd go with Infopop.
