What's "flag command"?

I'd like to know what is the flag command and if there is an automatic command to receive an e-mail notification of the replies that doesn't require to mark each post.

Flagged posts can be viewed in your Control Panel under My flags. It's a sort of internal bookmarking system. Flags have nothing to do with e-mail reminders.
