The importance of robots.txt for one. I'm sure there are others.

Do we continue writting situationally specific answers and get involved beyond the initial question, and as I've seen written...do the whole site for them?
Or, do we come up with toots so they can read thru and ingest what they need and then come back with questions?

My experience has been that 10% of people will utilize a tutorial and the other 90% will ask for the whole enchilada without putting forth one bit of effort themselves. In which case, you've wasted the time put into the tutorial development. Of course, then the 10% won't have somewhere else to look....
