OPERA USERS : Please slow down the autorefresh on wmw.

We've got about 7-8 users using browsers with an Autopage refresh option (eg: Opera 5). Please, please, set it at no less than 3mins between refreshes. We've had close to 50,000 page views this week alone on the active list from autorefreshed views - that's out of hand.
