New Design?

Am I seeing glimpses of a new WebmasterWorld design? Seems to pop in and out from some links pointing to "Home".

Doesns't do too well with my custom skin however since there are a couple new fields added that weren't configured back then.

If this is not happening... then nevermind and please forget that I posted this (it is late you know.)
