I might have missed something, but isn't BestBBS v3.18 a new version? What was changed?

email subroutines. No new functionality on the outside, but such a significant change on 2 particular sub routines, that I felt a new notch was required (either that or go to 3 levels of subrevision, and that is too confusing...)
