Images not loading or Slow

The logos and other images take forever to download today and makes WW site very slow. Anyone has same experience today?
Could someone fix this? Mod? Admin?

The board appears as screamingly fast as always to me, including the graphics. The problem probably lies between the server and you. If it is only the graphics which are a problem, then just switch them off - you don't need them here anyway.

Yes it was dead slow earlier and the images wouldn't load. Fine now...

Forum is also slow here, but I just assumed it was associated with the other 9,000 problems I'm having with this Ultra Crap-o-Matic box I'm using.

No problems here, but it was a bit slow the other day. Maybe the backbone between WW and my city was jammed with holiday gift buyers. :-)

The WebmasterWorld icons don't seem to be downloading. Is anyone else finding this? Is it a general problem or just me?

This is one of many situations where Opera gets a chance to show its ease of use. Just press 'g' and pages render as fast as normal - probably even faster :)

Bizarre. A thread I started about the none appearance of WebmasterWorld icons has been merged into this thread, despite no apparent connection - and despite the fact that the issue had been resolved before the thread got merged.

This will seem very puzzling to anyone who arrives here in the future.

More annoying: The thread "WW forum is very slow" appears on the list of my threads, without me having posted to it!

Ya, it was all the same issue of the image server was off line and then it was slow for awhile the other night. That caused some browsers to hang, or slow load for awhile. Thanks, all fixed.
