Who gets in?

This might get to be way too off topic for mention in the other thread about RSS...

How is it decided what posts make it in to the RSS?

Oh and thanks to whoever admins the RSS feed... It is a really valueable resource which I just finaly discovered today!

The front page RSS feed matches the "front page threads." So, the same determination to make a thread front page makes it RSS.
[webmasterworld.com...]

There is also an active list RSS feed that is a "only updated every 15 minutes" version of the active list [webmasterworld.com]. (Which is dynamic.)
