Membership levels are pretty meaningless anyway: they're just a measure of loquacity rather than insightfullness (just read my posts if you want proof!). Think quality, not quantity and you're on the right track. If you care enough about post count to ask, you're overestimating its importance. :)
I'd have to find the exact quote and who said it, but the gist is that because this is an SEO forum, the post count is just another algo to crack.

Same principle could apply to the titles, but I hadn't really figured out how they rank, or what they mean, other than the obvious (if someone is a moderator, I can safely assume they are at least somewhat knowledgable and level-headed).
