I'm an administrator on a very successful forum in Japan but have a lot to learn and discuss. This looks like an excellent place to do so. I'll thank in advance those that run this forum, and you members that keep it going with your participation. I'll probably drive you nuts with questions and thoughts once I've done my homework here. I best get back to work on my own forum now. I see I've got a lot of homework to do on this forum, so I reckon there won't be too many posts from me for a while after today. 4
