I can't post on Commercial Exchange. I get a blank screen, with no box to fill out. Is anybody having the same problem? Probably not, as I can see others posting. I have wrote WW several times have emailed Brett but no response. Please HELP. We are looking to hire and I need to post.

As mentioned in the description for the forum:

Only full members may post.

I would guess that could be the explanation as to why you can't post.

I thought I am a full Member. I have paid. Aren't paid members considered full members?

My profile shows:
Donation and
Subscription History
only visible to you $149.00, July-23-2004

I am also able to post in members section, but not Commercial Exchange.

"Full Member" is around about 200 posts in the public forums (excluding Foo, this one and one or two others) - as seen by the membership level displayed under your nickname when you post.

Oh, I had the same question! Thanks for posting about this because Brett certainly didn't reply to my emails.

I specifically subscribed because I wanted to post on the commercial exchange. I'm looking for websites to buy, not to sell something. Isn't there a way for a new person who hasn't posted over 200 times to post this sort of thing? I would think people would appreciate a newbie asking to buy their sites:-)

Wait a minute...you were wrong about that you have to be a full member to post. I just checked and there are many posts from new members, such as this guy, who is posting for the first time:

[webmasterworld.com...]

Now, I am sure there is a bug in the system or someone decided to turn off my posting rights at Commercial Exchange for some reason. Could an administrator please look into this?

Your posting rights there have not been turned off. It could be a bug, but we'd need to investigate further.

Yes, you have to be a full member to post in the ComEx forum.

But it is still moderated and most posts are refused because of charter violations but ...ho hum...there is no charter and in any event it takes up to a week to get in so whats the point? Brett.
