Reporting TOS violations when a forum has multiple mods

Who to stickymail? One or all?

I am not sure which moderator I should stickymail when there are multiple moderators for that forum. I remember reading a thread a while back that suggested targeting the mod that works in your time zone or is active at that time of day. I float from forum to forum to often to keep track, so:

Should a member sticky all mods by default to report TOS violations?

I'm concerned that I am wasting the time of every mod after the first one to respond and the last thing I want to do is waste the moderators time.

Yes, but please wait some 30 minutes after spotting some offending post before reporting it.

I think most of these posts gets proper attention under 30 minutes.

And don't forget, if you send a sticky to all mods concerned, they'll all know that everyone is cc'ed - then they can decide amongst themselves who will handle it.
