Can I find out which card I paid membership with?

I paid for membership ages ago. I know that my control panel will show me when I joined, but I need to know which card I used. Also, does the membership automatically renew?

You paid through PayPal. Go to your Paypal account and click on the subscription. If I'm not mistaken, I believe it will tell you the funding source.
