I am a real estate agent for Realty Executives Paradise Valley office. I live, work and play in the North East part of "The Valley Of The Sun", Phoenix Arizona USA.
I am here mostly to read and learn more about managing my residential real estate websites. I have one main site and one new site that I have just begun. Along the way, it occured to me that my main sites' placement is a bit of luck as I do not recall all I went through to get it where it is today.
I will lurk, read and learn. Sometimes I will ask questions, some dumb, some smart and a lot "out of the box". One day I hope to post intelligent answers to others questions as well.

It will take me awhile to get up to speed and begin posting. I'll start with the thread suggested above.
I should be able to be more active later this fall when things quite down a bit. Right now I am working every day, no time for myself this year. :-(
