SIM Spider not working?

trying to access the sim spider module on the url above, and was prompted for my supporters id, etc. Once I logged in though, it just redirects me back to my cp. Have msg a mod about this, but have received no reply. Am I doing something wrong here?

Try going to the homepage first, see if maybe that works.

There are a couple of threads in Community Forum, if you scroll back a while you'll find them. I can't remember what they said since I've never had a problem.

I have to turn off my personal firewall to use it, maybe that's it...
