Note the new form on the home page replaces the old system we used off your control panel.

The list of subscribers has been cleared to zero and freshly restarted as of this morning when I put the form on the home page.

If you wish to receive this newsletter, you will need to subscribe.

New issue some time next week.

Thanks
Brett

I was on the old list and got the last edition, and signed up again earlier. Speaking of which, that cat joke in the last one was just too corny - it's time for a dog joke this time around.

Here's my submission:

Q. What do you get when you cross a dog with a chicken?
A. Pooched Egg.

It's all yours, you may have it to include if you wish. ;)

A post on this subject (once you get information together) would be useful.

<query>Are there really WebmasterWorld members who use AOL?</query>

Hmmm, I signed up several times through the control panel but never received an issue.

I signed up on the 8th and replied to the opt in email but, so far, haven't received and issue (maybe none issued yet).

Just a moment ago, I received an email addressed to an old account that I don't actually use anymore suggesting that I had signed up through it?

Wondering if my email addresses have gotten mixed up somehow and if I should subscribe again to make sue I get one of these anxiously awaited for pearls? :)

Geez, I didn't sign up to get it, knew nothing about it, and thusly deleted it unopened this morning thinking it was spam that was using WW as part of the address/subject (I can't remember if it was in the address or not, now...), to sneak in.

I can't even get it out of the trash... it's already cleared. I'll watch out for the next one.

Apologies - we reset the list and server to revalidate all emails. We had that old list from the SearchEngineWorld Quarterly letter that had some bot attacks on it and we just had to scrub the list down to the prevalidated/optin ones. The only way to do that was feed in the emails and let ya'll resubscribe. I wish there were a way to kick out an email to let you know what the deal was...thanks!
