How do YOU find new threads?

For the Regular Joe's around here:

How do you find threads which are interesting? What's your secret to this? Care to share?

I currently use the following:

Recent Posts

Highlighted Posts

From the bottom of threads (links to the latest threads etc.)

Browsing other people's profiles (especially the ones who have the same interests as you)

Certainly this doesn't sum up the whole thing, does it? (I hope not ;))

2) Scan the forums I frequent (and "watch")

Ahh...forgot to mention that one. Also, it'd be useful if the Forum Watch creates an RSS feed instead of sending e-mails. Will be great for my aggregator.
