New category needed for sites for sale

I think it would be great with a large community like this to have a category forum where people can offer sites for sale. I know the commercial exchange is there, but it seems like no one uses it to list or find sites for sale. Just speaking from experience, it's hard to find good sites for sale, and I think it would be a valuable service.

It is nearly impossible to find good sites for sale unless you contact directly. The problem is that a few other forums have this category and it is the most "spammed" of all. Almost every post is someone with a duplicate/stolen site trying to rip someone off.
