I think a good CRM / CSR forum will help webmasterworld reach out to the firms which are larger than the SOHO crowd.

Search Engine Promotion [webmasterworld.com] looks most suited, but I don't think CRM people will come flocking here if a separate forum were created (unless they are the exception like me). There are a few sites devoted to CRM and the traffic there is nonexistent and what little there is tends to focus on the implementation side.

Searching WW reveals that CRM is discussed in almost every forum but Forum 5. :) Actually, most refer to the same string about some PHP app.
