I hope this community just as good as the other communities. (I'm from a linux yahoo community which was good, but due to some problems w/ the database it had to go down).

However, I have high hopes for this community and believe me, I'll help whenever I can!

We try to keep the *nix geeks corralled up in the Linux, Unix, and *nix like Operating Systems forum but occasionlly someone forgets to close the damn gate... ;)

Well, must say I have been an Admin for many a Mug and Lug groups, so NOTHING can pass my keen eyes! (takes off pair of bifocals (jk) :P

Really though, this site is looking really good and I'm sure I'll accept this as my 2nd online home. (First of course to my online gaming homes :P )

Toby , This is indeed the best forum on the topic. I love this site and spend a lot of time her everyday. You won't beleive it but I always learn from here. :-)

I think it all comes down to learning from each other. No one knows everything, but combined I guess we know a lot more :)

It's the quality of the members here that makes the community so great. Everyone is willing to help out and share a few tips.
