Just received a crazy email. A first for me. It was from a guy asking if I would sell him my site. Strange! I was thinking, "No freakin way!". Afterall, it's just starting to take off :)

I'm not sure what the guy saw in my site. I mean, it's not that great! :) He didn't offer a price..just said he was interested in purchasing it. :) Besides, I don't think many of you would find my site that great (it has "evil" affiliate links!) and that is why I do not post it in my user profile....

Just out of curiosity I emailed this guy the other day and asked him what HE thought my site was worth. He'd probably totally lowball it, but I was just curious :) I'll let you know how far off he was!

Well it is the easiest way to buy a site/domain.

I have bought a number of "sites" in this manner.

The trick is finding "why" the person wants to buy the site, are they seeing what you are not :)
