Hello...
Brand new to webmastering; my first post on WebmasterWorld. :)

I am curious as to what the above labels connote. Read a little in the Help section, did a little site search, but did not yet see definitions. Any other labels/meanings? "New user" is pretty clear!
Best,
Kris.

Welcome Kris to webmasterworld.

The Post counts, usually relate's to time on the board and a level of participation.

Though post count is not by any way indicative of someone's knowledge, personally i take everyone on the questions that they ask, rather than there post count. However due to the amount of time it takes to become a senior member, then everyone that has been around a while would have a rough idea of what they know and their level of commitment to learning and/or observation of the happenings regarding all things that webmasterworld as a whole concerns itself with.

Get the most you can out of Webmasterworld, either by getting questions answered, and contributing to others questions, and your post count won't matter as it will grow, and your status will change.

A simple way to look at is like this - take the mods all senior members, some have as little as 700+ posts though have been members for 2 and half years, and others have 12400 posts and have been members for the entire duration of the existence of webmasterworld

Do "New Users" still have to buy lunch for the "moderators"?
