I have spent the last six months lurking in the bushes peering through the windows (hey - all the SE's point to your address, your lights are on, curtains open, and a party going strong 24/7 - what do you expect?).
So I helped myself to some great ideas - well you just leave them lying around, don't seem to have a clue as to their value! Didn't expect guilt though. At my age too. Thought I was past that.
Oh well. Chin up. Shoulders back. March right up and register at the door. Maybe return a few things I "borrowed". Maybe add something new to the thoughts littering the place.

On the serious side: I have spent 30 years in and out of business life, 20 years mucking with computers (programming and database design), 10 years building web sites - I must be older than I thought!
I do my coding by hand in a text editor - I may be old but I geek well!
If I don't believe that a handshake is enough I won't do business but I follow that up with standards, a contract, and goodwill.
I can sit at my computer and watch deer wander through the yard (west coast Canada) and make a living doing what I love and call it work. Someday I must get a life if only to have something to share in foo!
Thank you to all of you. And hello!

I'll say hello, before the cousins wake up. Must say, you don't appear to be that lost. Enjoy your stay.
I'll take your deer and raise you pheasants, the odd wild boar, fox, and snakes in the summer.

I will match your pheasants, throw in a bevy of quail, no boar but the odd bear, no fox but the occasional cougar, may the snakes keep the mice out of the house!, eagles nesting across the field in one direction and herons the other, sea otter up the creek to slide on the lawn, hawks in the bird bath, raccoons on the back porch and ... but it is terrible here ... you would hate it ;-)

So much for the anarchy of the internet. Brett's World has a general and his name is Shak. ;-)

I would if I could but I can't.
I have a mean boss. He never lets me go anywhere.

How about a pubcon in Vancouver, BC, hint, hint!
