Personalize Forum Index?

Is it possible to somehow personalize the forums that are displayed in the Forum Index? Actually, I would guess that it might be a seperate page or something since you'd still want access to all of the forums through the forum index.

There are a handful of forums that I follow religiously and I find that I'm hunting through the list to make sure I hit each of them and see if there are new messages. Just looking for a way to make it a tad easier :)

TIA

Hi Fenceman Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

Check out the control panel link at the top of this page and the Forum Watch List [webmasterworld.com]

I think fenceman is looking for a way to personalise the forum index [webmasterworld.com...] I was just looking for the same option to change the order of the forums.

BTW: I just noticed the forum watch list doesn't work. While subscribing to a specific forum I saw it was already marked, as well as as several other forums. No emails for me however.

<added>forum watch problem seems to be solved</added>

Exactly, HitProf.

I saw the email notification nancy, but I already get enough email :)

Fenceman - that's why I suggested looking through the control panel for other options ;)

HitProf - have you changed your email notification address maybe? I get email updates for the forums I've marked on the watch list.

Hi nancyb,

No but I clicked update (without changing anything). Seems to work now.
