Subscription Issues

I've been trying to find a contact address regarding subscription issues.

Mine was processed by PayPal on 7th September, for one year, but has not been activated.

Well I can't get into the supporters forum, I'm merely redirected to the subscribe page.

Contact me via Sticky or Via E. In order to prevent fraud, we always contact people through their payment processor (2co or PayPal) listed email address if we can not associate a payment with a member.
