A couple days ago I started to see a change. I am now required to hit the refresh button on every page visit on WebmasterWorld to get any page update.

Someone messing with headers? no changes on my side, maybe something in between...

If you're in IE, try under Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings, changing "Check for new versions of stored pages" to "Every time I visit the page".

I used to have trouble with IE not properly checking for page updates. Netscape probably has a similar option.

I have the same thing, started less than 2 weeks ago, on almost every site I visit.

I first thought it was my proxyserver, but that works fine.

Changed all the settings in IE, even set the size of the cache to the lowest possible value, but nothing seems to work.

So yes, any hints would be most welcome...
