Forum Moderators: open
I know that there are a lot of reasons for deleting a thread:
- Duplicate Content
I haven't seen a thread about this topic
- Privacy issues, promotional issues, and posts against the forum charter
- Raves, Rants, Flames, Trolls, JuJu Beans
- Bad thread titles
As far as I remember the title was: 'Did Google changed the damping factor and the ToolbarPR scale', description: 'Recent changes of the PR algorithm'
- Personal issues with Google
- Off topic
However, as far as I can see, none of these reasons fit. Therefore, I'm looking for another explanation.
Any ideas?

how can I mail a moderator, if I don't know who deleted the thread? Also, if there are reasons for deleting a thread apart from those mentioned in msg#1, I think that people would/should know that. Otherwise, you cannot avoid this.
(I think this is a general question and not only related to my post.)
takagi,
the post is not listed in the 'My threads' list. It seems that the post was 'on hold' for approx. 15 minutes and was then deleted.
However, recently a post was deleted and I cannot find an explanation for this.
It leaves me scratching my head, as well as discouraged from starting any new posts.
