At the compose StickyMail message form, i would realy appreciate having a pulldown menu of custom folders to Place a backup copy in folder instead of the checkbox which is hard coded to the outbox. Sorry if this is allready on the list. ;)

Yep, i know i can later move messages (which is great) but that's a second step that could be avoided ... i'm sometimes lame.

I have a related concern about stickymail. I would like the default for retention of sent messages to be somewhat higher than 0 seconds, which is what it seems to be right now. :(

I sent a stickymail message, saving a copy to my sentmail folder. After I hit the "send" button, I was auto-returned to the stickymail index page, only to see an empty sentmail box and the following message:
Status: Autopurge notice: outbox emptied of 1 of out of date messages.

Fortunately, I still had a copy. ;)

orlady - you can change that in your stickymail preferences (one of the links on the left when you are in your control panel or mailbox). Change the number of days for sent stickymail expiration from 0 to a higher number of days.

I changed the settings before I posted in this thread.

It's just that it never occurred to me that the default setting would be "purge immediately, even though sender just checked the box asking for a backup to be saved." :(
