My thread was put on "hold"?

Hi folks. Just posted something to the Google news forum and when I submitted my message it said that it was put "on hold" pending administrative review because the forum may be down for maintenance or there may be something in the post which required review.

I'd be interested to know what kind of filter or scanning is implemented, and what are flags that will mark a message for review. Mostly I'd just like to know if there was something I wrote which may have been of concern to the Moderators.
