It is set to show unanswered messages first today. We've had too many orphans lately - that's pretty critical that we get some of those answered. So, until a few more of those get cleared out, I thought I'd leave it set that way for today.

In response to Brett's problem with unanswered messages, I'm going to use the active list to respond to find and respond to the messages and help build this community. Can I please ask that if, like me, you find that you occasional hover waiting for someone to post that you check the Active List for unanswered messages [webmasterworld.com].
