If WW could have simple surveys where the informed audience could simply click on a pre-defined list of possible answers ie, :-

1) Which is your principle browser?
2) Should you provide links FROM your site?
3) What color for hyperlinks?
4) Which HTML editor do you use?
5) What page width do you prefer (in pixels)?
6) What currency do you charge in?

etc etc

I find some of the discussions extremely useful but at times would prefer to be able to find a consensus without having to wade through long threads.

Anyone else think this would be a benefit?

I think the problem with something like this is that if you ask most webmasterworld.com members any of the questions listed their answer would start off with: "well, it depends...", and rightly so, IMHO.
