How do I get the grey box with with source code in it

I can't find it in the 'Style Codes'

I have noticed that a number of posters use a grey box when they paste a bit of source code, or example, or quote from a previous post. How is that done?

After you click 'reply to this topic', click the 'Style Codes' link in the
"Style Codes are on" text on the left for a full list.

The one you are talking about it the
