remote support + web conferencing

We are looking for collaboration solution with the following functionality:

1. Start a new remote access session without any user interaction
2. Ability to have a user start a remote support session and let 7-8 concurrent participants to view and control their desktop directly
3. Web conferencing and video conferencing for us to have interactive discussions
4. Create a system webpage that gives the user an easy way to start a meeting session

remote support... I'd say check out team viewer.

You can start a session on the fly, you can also setup perm access so you can hop in anytime.

You can even do web meetings thru it and embed links on a website for support sessions or meetings.

it prob won't do 100% of what you want but it should cover 99% of your remote support needs.
