What is IGatewayDeviceDescDoc? I saw this in Fiddler while debugging something on my site.

Hi John,
You probably see those lines coming to TCP port 2869 from a router device. These are normally announcements of the router to connected computers via the UPnP protocol. As long as they are on local IPs, these announcements are harmless.
