Need to re-partition server, help

I have a dell server running raid 4.

C drive currently has only 1.98G free, while my D drive has 63.7G free. I want to run a partition program (like partition magic) and take some of the free space from D and repartition it to C.

Can a basic partitioning program do this for me?

Any extra precautions I need to take while redoing a partition on a raid setup?

Acronis has Disk Director that contains a partitioning tool that will work with server partitions.

You'd want to have good backups of everything before making any changes.
