Computer not seeing cell/table background colors

Just got a slick Dell dual monitor setup going. Two Dell 1905FP 19" monitors and 256MB ATI Radeon X600 dual card. Goodbye 800X600.

Hello 1280X1024 X2

But this setup isn't seeing any website cell/table background colors. Using Windows XP professional and IE 6

I'm not used to the web looking so pale!

Did I miss some setting?

Just fixeded it:

According to G lots of people have this problem. It can be caused by several things. Selecting "Use High Contrast" in the Control Panel "Accessibility Options" Display tab caused it for me. Just uncheck that.
