I have an Anti Virus Program that won't go away. It won't let me uninstall it and it drains a lot of resources. It eats up 30-90% of my CPU constantly slowing all my other programs down and takes up around 100-120 mgs of memory. I tried to uninstall it but there is a password lock on it and it won't let me uninstall it. anyway other then a wipe to get rid of it.
