Huge file transfer between Servers

Need to transfer files between servers

i have 2 Accounts on 2 Servers, the one account is 80 GB, i need to transfer the files from the old to the new Account, i am using OSX, any good ftp transfer software with resume options out there?

Is this a on time transfer?

Just get a usb/firewire or esata drive and use that to move the data.

I would think that OSx has the rsysnc command avaible
