My IBM Workpad / Palm III just died after many years of loyal companionship. I am wondering what a suitable replacement could be? What I liked about the Palm was that it was so energy-saving. It virtually ran for weeks without the need to recharge it. So runtime would be one of my top priorities. Second priority is that it has to synch with Lotus Notes. A new device should offer me a webbrowser and WLAN access. Windows is not necessary, any handheld OS will do as long as it does what I need. I explicitely don't want the new device to be a cellphone. I HAVE a cellphone and I don't like cellphones that much. But if the device could run an IM that would be nice.
Any suggestions?
