Forum Moderators: open
I've got a couple of windows 2003 servers (32 bit) running happily. I'm about to install another and considering going to 64-bit Windows.
The server hosts a high-traffic site and a SQL Server based forum (50000+ members, about 1000 new posts/day). One thing I'm not sure about is I have a lot of code written in classic ASP which I couldn't upgrade until some time after the new server is installed.
I've read elsewhere that IIS6 has to be run in 32-bit on x64 to support high numbers of users, but has anyone here any experience of 64-bit IIS?
Thanks a lot!
Dan
