Remote server administration from my phone

How many of you are capable of managing your sites from your phone?

For years now I've been loyal to my T-mobile Sidekick II. It has allowed me the freedom of basically going anywhere I want at any time and still be able to manage my site(s) AND servers.

I have all my domain emails forwarded to the device... It has a great built-in web browser (with javascript capability) so I can browse/moderate and update my site(s) using any web-tools I have.

It also has a great SSH (secure telnet) application that lets me remote into any of my servers if some hard-core maintenance is required (ie - reboot the server, run some database utilities, etc).

I'm sure there are other devices out there that accomplish the same thing... I'm curious to hear what you all are using?

That's classified as a phone? Looks like a PDA or a palmtop.

I run VNC on all my machines. I have GoToMyPC accounts on my main workstations for outside access. If I can access my main machines I can then VPN between them to do work.

One thing to look for is to see if there is a cell phone "skin" available for your control panel software.

Yes the sidekick is a PDA phone I guess... But I use it as my primary mobile phone... though it is not a great phone... works fine for me.

I run an rdc client on my blackberry - works great. Also supports ssh, but I don't use that.
