that can plug into the computer AND record off the tv

I am looking into getting a DVD recorder that can plug into my computer via firewire or USB AND has svideo or RCA jacks so I can record off of the tv like a VCR. Anybody know of anything like this? I can only find a unit that does one or the other.

The Gateway Connected Wireless DVD Recorder has wireless capability to connect to your home network, and has all the inputs to successfully connect to your TV. Not sure if that's what you're looking for though, regarding networking ability.

That looks great, but either it is really old or really new, nobody seems to sell it.
