Acer Laptop - Nero

How to run my DVD/CDRWCombo

Could someone tell me if I am correct with this assumption
"A DVD/CDRWCombo allow me to view/read DVD/CD and CDRW means that I can burn multiple session disk data"

If yes, then what do I need to burn a CDRW. My nero 5.0 is telling me that I should have app enable me to burn multiple session. I have installed a very old version of INCD (taken from my old Win.95 PC) but seems it is too old.

Any advice of what I should do? Is INCD OK or is there something better?

I don't know INCD. I DO know that I've never had a shred of luck with nero on any machine I've tried it on. I use a free version of NTI CD Maker I got about 3 years ago, which I can't find any more (so it's a darn good thing I'm the queen of redundant backups!) NTI CD Maker works first time every time, without waffling, quibbling, failing or otherwise being stupid.
