Installing a Second Hard Drive with Another OS

Hello all .... I've just joined this site, and have a question. I am considering installing a second hard drive into my machine in order to run Windows 2000 Server (Eval Version) to help with my MCSE+Security certification I have just started. I'm running a 40G drive now, which has XP Home edition. My question is, how do I go about setting up the boot sequence to allow my choice of OS to run? I don't care to partition my current hard drive, because of the amount of data I have stored on it. I've never worked with more than one hard drive in one machine, so any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

If you are new to multi OS setups you are probably best using a boot manager program to do it for you. Google should help.

I did this but running Windows XP and Windows ME. As I recall it is important for you to install Windows XP last, otherwise Windows 2000 will overwrite the boot sequence.
