Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some advice on managing Google tools for my blog site. Here’s my situation:
- I currently have an AdWords account set up under my personal email, which I use for paid ads on Google.
- I’d now like to integrate Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager with my blog to track and optimize performance.

My main questions are:

1) Should I create a new email address specifically for these tools instead of using my personal one?
2) I also want my webmaster to have access to Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
3) Lastly, in the future, if I decide to sell my blog, I’d rather not pass along my personal email.

What’s the best approach to manage these tools so I can easily grant and transfer access if needed?

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi CloudLiving23 and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Your GSC account and your Analytics and AdWords accounts belong to you only, you can't sell or transfer them to a buyer. You can authorize others to have access to the accounts if you wish, but your email doesn't stay with the account if/when it is sold or transferred. The buyer would need to use their own accounts.
