Best tool to get the number of internal backlinks for a page?

Hi all,
I am looking for a tool in order to optimize the internal linking of our website. I'd like to get the total number of pages linking to a specific page of my website. Which tool would you recommend for that task?

Have you looked at ScreamingFrog? It has been around for a long time and users say it does what you want. I believe they still have a free version to try it, but for full features it requires payment.
